Joining is free and takes a few minutes. Click here to create your free profile, add a few photos and start browsing the ladies' profiles.
- How does the service work?
FlirtRussianBrides.com connects men from Western countries with single women from Ukraine, Russia and other Eastern European countries who are looking for a serious relationship.
1. Create a free profile and upload your photos.

- How can I communicate with the ladies for free?
Become a Premium member. Premium members can send and read unlimited messages, view the ladies' photo albums and exchange personal contact information freely during the whole membership period — no extra payment per letter.
- Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. If you want to cancel your membership, simply contact our support team and we will cancel it for you.
- Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your personal information is confidential. Only a few of our staff members have access to it, and we never share your contact details with third parties. Other members only see the information you choose to show in your profile.
- What does Premium membership include?
As a Premium member you can:
• send unlimited messages to the ladies;
• read all messages from the ladies;
• view the ladies' photo albums;
• exchange contact details and arrange meetings with any lady on the site.

- How can I buy a membership?
You can buy a membership online with your credit card. Log in to your profile, open "Membership" and choose the membership period you want.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, money transfers and wire transfers. If you have any questions about payment, please contact our support team.
- How can I contact you?

- Are online card payments secure?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted technology for all online payments. We never store your credit card number on our server, and in line with Visa and Mastercard rules we never store the CVV security code.

- I have signed up. What is the next step?
Find a lady you like using the search, open her profile and click "Send a message". Write a short, personal first message — mention something from her profile. You can also add her to your Hot list or send her a virtual kiss.
- I forgot my username or password. What should I do?
- How do I change my username or password?
Log in, open "My Profile" in the Member Menu, make your changes and click "Save". After any change of username or password, your profile is reviewed by our team. You will be notified once it is approved, usually within 24 hours.
- How do I edit my profile?
Log in, open "My Profile" in the Member Menu, make your changes and click "Save". Every change is reviewed by our team, usually within 24 hours, and you will be notified once it is approved.
- How do I add photos to my profile?
Log in and click "Upload Photos" in the Member Menu. There you can add or replace your photos. After uploading, your photos are reviewed by our team, usually within 24 hours.
Tip: use recent, clear photos with good natural light and a smile — profiles with good photos get many more replies.
- Can I write to ladies without a photo in my profile?
Yes, you can. But you will get far fewer replies. Ladies want to see who they are talking to, so profiles with photos receive much more interest.
- Where do I send and receive messages?
Everything is in your Member Menu.
Sending: click "Contact her" on a lady's profile or photo, or write from your mailbox.
Receiving: all new messages arrive in your inbox.
- How long does it take to get a reply?
It varies — from a few minutes to a few days, depending on when the lady checks her mail. If you have not received a reply, do not worry; try writing to several ladies whose profiles you like.
- What is the "Hot list" and a "kiss"?
The Hot list is your list of favorite profiles. To add a lady, click "Add to Hotlist" in her profile.
A virtual kiss is a quick way to show that you are interested. Click "Send a kiss" in her profile. When you receive a kiss in your Member Area, it means a lady is interested in talking to you.
